Features
- Single piece T shaped flexible haptic foldable intraocular lens for aphakic patients
• It is made up of biocompatible hydrophilic acrylic material
• CM T flex IOL is for single vision
• This IOL can be used for all aphakia indications such as surgical aphakia, traumatic aphakia and secondary aphakia
• Two T shaped anchor haptics present on either side
• Can be placed horizontally and vertically.
• The two tunnels must be lined-up 180° from each other for good centration
• The angulations between the optic and haptic prevent the rubbing of posterior surface of the iris thus helping in better pupil dilation
• Provides sutureless sclera
• Fixed haptics provides more stability
• Its large optic diameter can be used in pupils of various size and hence avoids lens glare during night vision
